We chose to be Army strong, to fight where they say we don't belong.
So many soldiers r fresh out of school,
Ready to become apart of the government's tool.
Young n brave we fight a soldiers fight,
with tanks n gun's n with all our might.
Yet as our trucks rattle the sand covered ground, little did we know we were I.E.D bound...
The desert reverberates with deafening explosions. Injuring our troops, a deadly commotion.
The fire in the ground leapt up to the sky, sending man n metal over thirty feet high!
A tongue of flames lick up from Hades pit, forking for fodder on the devils spit!
A soldier's role may be very dramatic, but the will to serve our country is automatic.
A soldier's life thrives on staying alive, as we strive everyday just to survive.
However, even in this desolate place, our troubles are eased with a smiling face.
It's the civilians here with toils untold. They come to greet us, their arms unfold.
Yes we chose to be Army strong, as our mission moves on we know that they're wrong, within this desert war we do belong.
N so we will remain, Army strong!
