KISSES ON THE WIND by Amaranth

The breeze starts suddenly, ruffling your hair, sending shivers down your spine. Reminding you, again that day, that you are mine.

The cold breeze hastens, chilly fingers on your neck, your lips, your face.
Seducing you, love's first kiss, your heart begins to race.

Breeze gets warmer, stronger, passions begin to rise.
Ensnaring you, our love together, there's really no disguise.

Wind arises, whipping round, our bodies begin to shake
Enveloping you, our love's first song, true love we begin to make

Gusts start blowing, blown about, hard to keep control
Taking over you, as we unite, touching heart, body and soul

Storm takes hold, lightening strikes, thunder rolls and roars
At the precipice we fall together, the joy of our hearts still soars

It settles quickly, the storm is over, now there just the wake
Melded together, our bodies spent, basking in the quake

The warm breeze slows, tenderness, knowing its time to part
Separating, love's last kiss, pining in our hearts

The breeze stops, stillness, indicating I have gone,
but hope of what tomorrow will bring always lingers on.

So goodbye my love, for I have gone, but true love still ensues
And to stem the tide of time apart I leave 1000 kisses on the wind, for you
